By accessing or using getsawy.com and the Sawy platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Sawy provides an AI-powered phone agent platform that answers calls, books appointments, and qualifies leads for businesses. Our Services are currently in pre-launch and access is available through our waitlist program.

3. Waitlist and Pre-Launch

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to our Services. We reserve the right to grant access at our sole discretion. Waitlist position does not constitute a binding agreement for service delivery.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up for the waitlist or creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by Sawy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing displayed on our website reflects our intended pricing structure and may change before or after launch. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of service activation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
